                            LEATHERSTOCKING    CORVETTE CLUB

Meeting was called to order by Pres. Dick Wooden at Fred’s Inn in Norwich with 11 members present.
 
Minutes and Treasurer’s Report was read and approved.
 
The Election Committee: Joanie Terry presented the new slate of Officers.

Pres. Dick Wooden asked for nominations from the floor. There were none.
The Secretary cast 1 vote to accept the slate of Officers. All agreed.
 
BY-LAWS REVISiONS: after some discussion, Pres. Dick Wooden suggested they be revamped next year. All agreed.
 
CHRISTMAS PARTY : after discussion, Sharon Fleming will call Afton River Club for reservations for Friday , December 6 and report at next meeting. Look for details by email.

We will buy for Toys for Tots, and give to food pantries and will decide which ones at November meeting.
 
CLUB DUES are due October 1. We ask for $25 donation from each car to be donated to charity.
 
Next club meeting will be November 20 at Park Place in Norwich.
