Meeting Minutes
November 15, 2023. The Meeting was called to order by VP Jerry Cummings at Pizza Land in Oneonta with 13 members present.
We welcomed back to LCC, Mike and Beth Zagata.
Minutes and Treasurer’s Report were read and approved.
Gordon Terry again explained how the Queensboro apparel store site works. To set up site will cost the club $150. Members will be able to order apparel from the store by going into LCC web site.
After discussion, Dick Fleming made the motion for Gordon Terry to set up the store site and LCC will reimburse him. David Briggs 2nd the motion.
Donations for Food Pantries: LCC members donated a total of $637.50. Sharon Fleming made a motion for the club to make up difference of $262.50 for a total of $900 and give $300 each to 3 pantries. Frank Buono 2nd the motion. After discussion, I made motion to give to New Berlin, Edmeston and Oneonta. Bob Cummings 2nd motion.
Our next event is LCC Christmas Party on Friday, December 1st at Afton River Club in Afton. You can still sign-up till November 25th. Call or email Sharon Fleming.
50/50 Raffle won by Bob Cummings.
Next meeting is April 17, 2024 at Park Place in Norwich.
