                                                      Hosting a Corvette Club Event guidelines




Gather all Information on the Event to include the Registration Form.

Determine route and bathroom stop(s).

Send an email (or I can for you) to Club Members inviting them to participate that should include the following:
Registration Form/Flyers/Agenda that was provided by the Event sponsor.


If applicable - Hotel/Motel information with urgency to Participant’s to make their own reservation ASAP to assure they get a room.

Meeting place and departure time.

Club shirts and when to wear them.

Arrange group lunch/dinner after departing from Event for those wishing to participate. Determine place and make reservations.

Deadline to participants to sign up with Host.

Send out a few reminders up to the deadline.  ​
